This refund policy details the process that Users must follow in order to cancel a purchase, arrange a refund or report a product defect.
Please note that Success with Antoaneta does not offer a cool-off period for eBooks (including PDF eBooks).
Success with Antoaneta does not provide the Users with the ability to cancel orders, receive replacements or obtain refunds for any of the books listed on the platform, unless such is expressly provided for in this policy (including PDF books).
Success with Antoaneta will not provide any replacements or issue refunds for eBooks (including PDF eBooks) for any reason other than a defect or incorrect deliveries (including, but not limited to title swaps, personal taste or mistaken purchases).
Should the user be delivered incorrect content (as in not the content that was purchased), the user is to contact firstname.lastname@example.org, report the mistake and follow the instructions received.
Should the User find that the title purchased is faulty, defective, or otherwise unreadable (due to a defect in the eBook), the user is entitled to submitting a replacement request. The procedure is detailed in the Replacements section below. Please note that this is the only manner in which Success with Antoaneta accepts these requests.
In case the eBook is determined to be defective, the User is entitled to receive a replacement and have readability restored.
Please note that the following issues or problems DO NOT render the product damaged, defective or unsuitable for consumption and therefore do not entitle the User to any repairs, replacements or refunds.
- The Inability to access the eBook, due to the lack of a stable internet connection, the presence of firewalls or other types of connectivity issues, present in the user’s end.
- The inability to access or otherwise consume the eBook, due to the lack of a suitable application, fonts or other types of software and compatibility issues, present on the user’s end.
- The inability to access or otherwise consume the eBook due to the lack of hardware support or when using a device that does not conform to the ordinary levels of international standards.
Should the user need a replacement for an eBook purchased from Success with Antoaneta for any reason permitted under this Refund Policy, they must notify our team via email at email@example.com
